Résumé
The COP 21 meeting has set the maximum temperature rise of the atmosphere to be 2 °C for the year 2100. Stoping the consumption of fossil fuels, coal, oil, gas is the only way to reach this goal. Their use as energy sources releases more than 30 billion metric tons of CO2 per year, contributing 26% to the greenhouse effect in the atmosphere.
As a solution let's make CO2 react with water for producing the fuels necessary for the smooth running of our societies! This requires clean energy sources that do not emit CO2. Renewable energies will of course be at the forefront, but their insufficiency and intermittency will require the implementation of new sources of nuclear energy, the only truly ecological sources of energy.
