Résumé
USA, 2028. Since the failure of the 26th Conference of the Parties on Climate Change in Glasgow (COP26), no further progress had been made.
The United States has still not made its energy transition and is suffocating in CO2 while 500 million firearms are now circulating in the country. George Butley, the US expert in renewable energy in the 1980s, died at 85, exhausted by the intransigence of the federal administration. Jeff, George’s 23-year-old grandson, decides to pick up where he left off, with the goal of connecting the entire United States to the GLOBAL SMART GRID. But will the fossil fuel lobby and Chevroxx, the world's largest oil company headed by Jeff's father Roy, let him accomplish this mission?
