Résumé
We have chosen, as the title of this book, “Toward education-based development model” to emphasize the centrality of education and training in the success of any development model aimed at comprehensive and sustainable development in the long run. And successful international experiences confirm this. We also considered that the passage from the current position, at the level of the education and training system, to the desired situation characterized by efficacy and suitability with the rest of the fields, must take place in accordance with a hierarchy consisting of periods governed by the achievement of interim goals whose results for each period are the basis for building the next stage.
